1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.
You have received the wrong item.
The product is returned in unused condition, with original packaging, and within the eligible return window (see below).
2. Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
No refund requests will be accepted after this period.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Product damaged due to customer mishandling.
Used, installed, or altered products.
Items purchased under clearance sale or special discount offers (unless defective).
Custom orders or specially procured products on request.
4. Process for Refund
Initiate a request by contacting our customer support via phone or email.
Provide order details, a description of the issue, and photos or video evidence if required.
Once approved, you will be asked to return the product to our warehouse.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will initiate the refund.
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or via bank transfer as applicable.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the error is from our side (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping charges.
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
